It was definitely strange though how I went from getting complimented to getting unexpectedly fired and told I was asking for help still after only a month. You’d also think they’d give you more than a month to get a handle on things, but I guess not. You’d think they’d give you some warning before firing you, but I never got that. When I asked for more of an explanation, I was told that they weren’t there to pick apart my performance and make me feel bad about myself, and that it’s nothing personal. They use like 10 different websites for pulling insurance information, forgive me for not being a master at those in one month. I was unexpectedly pulled aside one day and told I was being let go, and their explanation was because I was still asking some clarifying questions after being there for a month, and they expect people to know those answers by know. I was really greatful to have this job during a job recession, and I worked hard everyday I went in. It was hurtful, but I’d jut shake it off and get back to work. There would be times where I would even be the only one talking, only to realize, no one was listening to me. No one even registered that I was talking. I would feel a bit isolated at times because my coworkers and management would be talking, and when I’d try to join in, I was constantly talked over. My manager would even tell me how fast I was learning and how great I was doing. They have put many safety protocols in place to provide a safe environment (air filters, negative pressure during your cleaning, PPE by the staff) - they have truly gone above and beyond to create a safe environment and it is so appreciated.I was so excited to start working at Clearview, and in the beginning, it was genuinely nice. I felt comfortable and at ease receiving care here during the pandemic. Also, I work in the NICU at a local hospital and am very COVID conscious in order to protect my tiny patients. I highly recommend this office for those looking for a warm, welcoming team and honest, professional care.
When I checked out, they worked with me to find a good time to schedule my next visit and also went out of the way to check my insurance coverage on several treatment needs. I could tell that the whole team seeks to g ive the best possible care to their patients. I trust his recommendations and the care he provides. I felt like a part of the team - if you are looking for a practice that teams up with you, then this is the place for you. Houlihan spent to talk over my concerns and questions. I have never had a dentist who has spent the time that Dr. He was honest about different treatment options and the long-term effects but also never pressured me.
